Can you arrange for me to be taken to the airport in my country?

We can do this but only for UK residents at the moment, Non UK customers will have to make their own arrangements to get to their nearest airport.

Will you pick me up from the airpot I'm arriving at for my chosen tour?

Can I bring suitcases/luggage?

Yes of course, we want you to be comfortable when not riding, the support vehicle will transport your belongings to each hotel and up to your room. Please only bring 1 large suitcase per person and small hand luggage, as we may be picking up multiple customers at the airport so loading space in our collection vehicle will be limited. (Don't forget your riding gear).

Is the transportation of my motorcycle included in the tour price?

Yes the tour prices listed include any motorcycle transportation costs.

What isn't included in the tour prices?

What kind of riding experience do i need to join the Hot Metal Tour rides?

We welcome all abilities on the tour but ideally you would have at least 5000 miles riding under your belt or have been riding at least 1 year, you should be able to keep a steady pace with the other riders as some days could be long days and a good pace would be needed.

How long will each days riding be?

This will vary depending on each tour and day route, some days will be longer in length than others, departure and arrival times could vary each day but on average we would look to set off at 8.30-9.00am and arrive at our hotel by 5.00-6.00pm. There will be rest stops and/or tourists attractions along the route.

How many miles/km will we ride each day?

On average it would be 200miles/320km per day, but depending on the tour and day this could be slightly less or more to accommodate attractions, hotels etc.

What is the group size on each tour?

Most tours would be 6 bikes and the tour leader bike, if each bike had a pillion this could be a group of 12 people. UK/Ireland tours could be as much as 10-12 bikes as UK riders could ride to tour starting locations.

Can i ride my motorcycle to the tour starting location?

Yes you can, you will have to make your own way there and be there on time for the tour start. You will then have to make your own way back. Tolls, lodging, fuel etc is your responsibility to and from tour.
